then you found out..

She’s Crafty! Yes, that’s right. I’m an all around crafty chica. I have been making and hoarding little girls hairbows with my insane collection of ribbon, and finally it’s come a time to put them up for sale. They do me no good, I just have the boy.

When I woke up this morning there was a very prominent background song playing in my head. The only way to shake it was to come sit down and crank up my last.fm player. So, I made an executive decision this morning - instead of posting the song and torturing you with it, I’m going to have my first official contest!!

Ready? Set. Go!

First person to COMMENT back the name & artist that sings the following lyrics wins 2 hairbows of his/her choice!! It’s that simple, really.

– Congratulations LLINGO!! Contact me to claim your prize! –

Here are the lyrics:

Tumble outta bed
And I stumble to the kitchen
Pour myself a cup of ambition
And yawn and stretch
And try to come to life

Ok, back to the bows…. here are a few I’ve made recently. If you’re interested in purchasing any of these, just comment me and I will get back with you. These are so fun to make! Please note: all bows/clippies shown below are on the Alligator Clips (for infants/toddlers). If you don’t see something you are interested in, just let me know…

I’ve got tons of bows that I haven’t photographed yet, and plenty that just haven’t been edited yet… I may need to designate a corner of this blog to just bows ;)

The Girl

  • profileHowdy! I'm the girl that writes here. This is where I organize my thoughts, and document the real life experiences of me and my son. You will find crazy funny stories, obsessively photoshopped pictures, some random yet awesome links, craftacular stuff, creative frugalness, and strong opinions here. Grab a drink, maybe one on the rocks, and sit for a spell. Oh, and read. This is a blog, after all!
